Returns
At You Vites, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist with returns, refunds, or replacements, provided the process is initiated within 30 days of your order’s shipment date.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please email our support team at support@youvites.com. Include the following in your email:
- Your order number.
- The email address used to place the order.
- The reason for your return or refund request.
Our team will respond with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and guide you through the next steps. Note: Refunds require a valid receipt and an RMA. Each item can only be returned for a refund once, and original shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.

High-Value Items: For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service and optional insurance. Keep a photo of your shipping label or tracking number.

Drop-Offs: In-person returns are not accepted at our headquarters or warehouse.

Multiple Items: Combine items in one package if desired, or ship separately.
Refund Processing

Timeline: Returns are processed within 5-7 business days of arriving at our warehouse.

Eligibility: Refunds depend on the item’s condition and return reason, as determined by You Vites.

Amount: Approved refunds include the item’s original price, excluding initial shipping costs.

Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Shipping Time: Allow up to 10 business days for returns to reach us, depending on your shipping service. You’ll receive an email once processing is complete.
Lost Returns

Refunds are only issued for returns received at the You Vites warehouse.

Items lost in transit and not received within 90 days of purchase are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
